Diagn\u00f3stico de Necessidades Formativas<\/h3>\n                <p class=\"u-align-justify u-text u-text-4\"> Antes do planeamento das a\u00e7\u00f5es formativas, dever\u00e1 ser aplicado um levantamento de necessidades<br>junto dos professores das 11 escolas associadas, incluindo:<br>- Experi\u00eancia pr\u00e9via com alunos migrantes;<br>- Conhecimentos sobre ensino de Portugu\u00eas L\u00edngua de Acolhimento (PLA);&nbsp;<br>- Compet\u00eancias interculturais e socioemocionais;<br>- Experi\u00eancia com metodologias diferenciadas e trabalho colaborativo.<br>Este diagn\u00f3stico poder\u00e1 ser feito atrav\u00e9s de<br>inqu\u00e9ritos online, entrevistas ou reuni\u00f5es de grupo focal.\n                <\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"u-container-style u-list-item u-repeater-item u-white u-list-item-2\" data-animation-name=\"customAnimationIn\" data-animation-duration=\"1500\" data-animation-delay=\"500\">\n              <div class=\"u-container-layout u-similar-container u-valign-bottom-lg u-valign-bottom-md u-valign-bottom-sm u-valign-bottom-xl u-valign-bottom-xs u-container-layout-2\">\n                <h3 class=\"u-align-center u-text u-text-palette-1-base u-text-5\"> 2. Eixos de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Espec\u00edfica<\/h3>\n                <p class=\"u-align-justify u-text u-text-6\"><span style=\"font-weight: 700;\"> A. Inclus\u00e3o Lingu\u00edstica<\/span>\n                  <br>Forma\u00e7\u00f5es em PLA (Portugu\u00eas L\u00edngua de Acolhimento) com enfoque em metodologias ativas e recursos multilingues. Workshops sobre uso de materiais visuais, jogos did\u00e1ticos e TIC aplicadas \u00e0 aprendizagem de l\u00ednguas. Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de formadores em PLA para permitir multiplica\u00e7\u00e3o local da aprendizagem.<br><span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">B. Inclus\u00e3o Curricular<\/span>\n                  <br>A\u00e7\u00f5es centradas em diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o pedag\u00f3gica e<br>planeamento de percursos individualizados de aprendizagem.<br>Forma\u00e7\u00e3o em estrat\u00e9gias de inovadoras e trabalho colaborativo interdisciplinar.<br>Desenvolvimento de instrumentos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o formativa e inclusiva.<br><span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">C. Inclus\u00e3o Cultural<\/span>\n                  <br>Sess\u00f5es sobre compet\u00eancia intercultural e gest\u00e3o de turmas culturalmente diversas. Oficinas sobre a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos escolares interculturais e pr\u00e1ticas de envolvimento familiar em contexto escolar. Partilha de boas pr\u00e1ticas internacionais em integra\u00e7\u00e3o cultural.<br><span style=\"font-weight: 700;\">D. Inclus\u00e3o Psicol\u00f3gica<\/span> - Forma\u00e7\u00e3o sobre sa\u00fade mental infantojuvenil e bem-estar emocional em contextos migrat\u00f3rios.<br>Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o em t\u00e9cnicas de express\u00e3o emocional, din\u00e2micas de grupo e media\u00e7\u00e3o intercultural.
